Outdoor Photography

Nature is where I find peace. It took me far too long to learn how to properly enjoy the outdoors and to develop a real passion for shooting landscapes and nature, but now my love for the outdoors guides me on a daily basis. I spend much of my time thinking and dreaming about getting to one more national park, or trying to find one more opportunity to get out to the mountains. When I can do neither of those things, I take my kids on photowalks around the neighborhood looking for animals to photograph.

Below are a few galleries of my outdoor work. My hope is to continue adding to these galleries until I have a more complete body of work to share in prints and books. For now, here is a loose collection of some of my favorite images.
